Lunaria Signature Residence

Lunaria Signature Residence is an aparthotel in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, about 1.1 km from the city centre, with self-catering apartments that have private kitchens, air conditioning and a terrace. It suits travellers who want to cook for themselves and have more room than a standard hotel room in the middle of the city.

The two apartment types differ mainly in size and view. The Studio Apartment with One Double Bed measures 25 m² and has a terrace overlooking the garden, while the Superior Apartment with City View offers 35 m², a balcony and a view over the city and a landmark. Each has one large king-size bed, a shower with bidet, a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator and microwave, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV, and each sleeps up to three guests.

The reception staff speak English, Vietnamese and Chinese. Guests can also use an airport shuttle, car hire and bicycle rental, and breakfast can be served in the room.

Lunaria Signature Residence has two apartment types, both self-contained, with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Each one has a large king-size bed, room for up to three guests, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dining table and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms come with a shower and a bidet, and each apartment has views over an inner courtyard.

The two apartments are set apart by size and outlook. The studio apartment at 25 m² looks over the garden from its terrace and patio and is the more compact choice. The superior apartment at 35 m² is larger, has the only balcony in the range and adds views over the city and a landmark.

In each apartment you will find a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware and a dining table, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathrooms have a shower, bidet, toilet and free toiletries, and the rooms have air conditioning, a wardrobe or closet, a desk, a clothes rack and a flat-screen TV. Towels, linen, slippers and a hairdryer are provided.

Outside the apartments, the property offers a kid-friendly buffet, packed lunches, breakfast in the room and room service. Guests can arrange an airport shuttle, car hire and bicycle rental, and join bike tours, walking tours or a class about local culture. The property is non-smoking throughout, with CCTV outside the building and in common areas, smoke alarms and a security alarm.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Public parking is available at a nearby car park, reservation is not needed, and it is paid.

The apartment is on Phạm Ngũ Lão street in the centre of District 1, a few minutes from Bui Vien street, which is 150 m away and lined with backpacker cafés. Restaurants and cafés are within 50 m, as is the Đình Ông Quan Thánh pagoda, and Thai Binh Market, a neighbourhood market for fresh produce, is 200 m off. September 23 Park is 500 m away for a morning walk.

Public transport is close. Ben Thanh Station, on Metro Line 1, is 900 m away, and Saigon Railway Station is 2.3 km off. The Bến xe buýt Sài Gòn bus station is 200 m away, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport lies 5.4 km away, where the property's airport shuttle is the most direct link.

On foot, the district's sights are close. Ben Thanh Market, the covered market with food stalls, clothing and souvenirs, is 1 km away, and Tao Dan Park, a large green space in the centre, is 900 m off. The War Remnants Museum is 1.4 km away, and Nha Rong Wharf, a historic riverside site on the Saigon River, is 1.8 km away.
